Holguin is an
interesting place to visit when you travel in Cuba. Holguin is
one of the fourteen provinces of Cuba which are La Habana,
Santiago de Cuba, Sancti Spiritus, Ciego de Avila, Granma,
Guantanamo, Pinar del Rio, Villa Clara, Matanzas, Camaguey,
Ciudada de la Habana, Las Tunas and Cienfuegos. There are in
Cuba several travel agencies which will propose to tourist
excursions to the different provinces and cities of the island.
The places where most tourists are found in Holguin are the
beaches of Guardalavaca, Esmeralda, Pesquero, Blanca, and Don
Lino. For those who like sea animals there is an aquarium in a
natural park near Naranjo Bay where can be seen dolphins and sea
lions. For visitors who would just like to relax they can just
lay down on the white fine sandy beaches for some sunbath. All
along the beaches there are luxurious hotels, restaurants,
cabarets and discotheques. |
