Varadero, a
resort city in the province of Matanzas in Cuba is well known
for its natural reserves and beaches. In these natural reserves
you will be able to observe cactus as the one seen on the above
picture. Usually cactus is originally from the Caribbean. The
melocactus has about forty different species. Nowadays there are
a lot of cactus species which are found in houses as ornamental
plants. In Varadero you see these beautiful and spectacular
plants in their natural environment. As Varadero is a resort
town there is a lot of tourist visiting the area. There are
excellent beaches in the area. Varadero has a lot of
attractions; it is known as Playa Azul in Cuba. Varadero is
located on the Peninsula of Hicacos. |
