Cuba has a rainy season and a dry season. The rainy season
is from May to October and from August to October is the dry
season. Between January and April the weather in Cuba is
cooler and there is also less rainfall during this period.
During the dry season the
eastern coast is hit by hurricanes. The weather in the
mountains is different. In Cuba the minimum average
temperature is twenty one degrees and the maximum average
temperature is twenty seven degrees.
The trade
winds and the sea breeze allow the people to live more
easily on the coastal areas.
Cuba is a
country that can be visited all the year around with its
sub-tropical climate. Humidity is quite high in Cuba, it is
between seventy five percent and ninety five percent.
It is
required to bring light clothes when you are visiting Cuba
and of course bring with you sun cream. The weather and the
land of Cuba is very good for agriculture.
The
capital and largest city of Cuba is Havana. Cuba is the
largest island of the West Indies and has numerous little
islands around. The island of Cuba has total area of one
hundred and fourteen thousand five hundred twenty four
square kilometers. Cuba has part of island which is quite
mountainous.
